This website sells both digital and physical goods. Woocommerce payment processor is used on this site, meaning all transactions are secure and private, with none of your payment information disclosed to me and instead managed by them.
Digital goods – You will receive the files to download freely immediately after the transaction is complete. Refunds are unavailable on digital products. After purchase you may NOT use my images for commercial use, and I retain rights to my own art. These products are for personal use, and are not to be distributed or reselled.
Physical goods – After payment, I will retain your name and address until the item leaves my care and it is passed to the mail system. I am not responsible for damage during transit, and will do my utmost to ensure parcels are wrapped safely. If a parcel does not arrive after 3 weeks, please contact me through email at nb.jupiter1@gmail.com and I will check with the post system. Orders will be sent up to a week after purchase.
